When humidors where first created by Zino Davidoff in the early
20th century, they were large cellar humidors which certainly
made for restricted travel. One now had the ability to strive
for the perfect cigar, but only from home. Most people would
agree that the feasibility of traveling with a large room did
not exist, and still does not, even today. A dilemma arose as to
how to preserve a moist cigar while traveling.
Early models of travel humidors were patterned after air-tight
cases in ...

Of the 32 remaining species of big cat left in the world, the
Iberian Lynx is the most endangered, even more so than the
Siberian tiger. Western Europe's last remaining big cat is in
serious trouble, recent estimations place the number of lynx
remaining at just over 100 and biologists maintain that if
drastic action isn't taken soon then the species will be extinct
by the end of the decade - if this happens then it'll be the
first species of bit cat to be made extinct since the

Places to Live in the World: Emerging Alternatives
From Canada to Europe, Africa to Asia, it's time for a fresh
look By Phillip Townsend
The advent of fast Internet communication and inexpensive air

permanent home. Which places in the world have the most to
offer? The perfect place to live or retire, of course depends on
your idea of perfection.
I'm taking a different approach for this article. Instead of

For many generations various human cultures have had great
knowledge about the star constellations. However, these days
most of the so-called modernized breed of human couldn't tell
you much about what's around us in the infinite Universe. The
funny thing is, technically we now know more about what's there
than ever before, we've even got photos. With the Hubble
Telescope we now have access to the most unbelievable pictures
imaginable: galaxies, nebulae and millions of stars close up.

Like first aid kits for the home, stock your first aid kit with
the basics such as: bandages of various sizes, a thermometer,
tweezers and scissors, gauze pads, adhesive tape, and allergy
